TAP Air Portugal provides two classes of travel with 5 fare types:
Executive Class: The Executive Class has two fare options.
The “Executive” allows passengers to carry 2 hand baggage along with two check-in luggage with an allowance of 150 % miles points. The guests can book a seat anytime and have access to fast track priority check-in, premium boarding, priority baggage, exclusive lounge, finely curated meals and the online check-in.
The “Top Executive” allows passengers to carry 2 hand baggage along with two check-in luggage with an allowance of 200 % miles points. The guests can book a seat anytime and have access to fast track priority check-in, premium boarding, priority baggage, exclusive lounge, finely curated meals and the online check-in. The guests have access to rescheduling and the tickets are refundable.
Economy Class: The Economy class at TAP Air Portugal has 4 fare options:
“Discount” is the primary fare option with 10% miles points allowance. The passengers are allowed to carry on hand baggage and for check-in luggage, extra charges are applicable. The guests have access to one publication at the digital kiosk and scrumptious meals. Online check-in available and the passengers will be notified through SMS. The seats can be upgraded to other fare options through cash or miles.
“Basic” is the low price fare option which includes an allowance of 40% miles points, on hand baggage and check-in baggage. The passengers can also check in online and they will be notified by SMS. The fair option gives access to two publications at the digital kiosk, meals and the seats can be upgraded higher through cash or miles.
“Classic” is a budget travel fare option which includes an allowance of 70% miles, one hand baggage, one check-in baggage and a standard seat reservation. The passengers can check in online and they will be notified by SMS. This fare options also provide meals, 2 publications from the digital kiosk and the seats can be upgraded by cash or miles.
“Plus” is the standard fare option that includes an allowance of 100% miles, one hand baggage, one check-in baggage, seat booking 36 hours prior to the flight, including the front row seats. The passengers have access to priority check-in, fast track premium boarding, 3 publications from the digital kiosk and a scrumptious meal. This fare option allows the guests to do online check-in, they will also be notified by SMS. The seats can be upgraded through cash or miles points and the tickets can be modified hassle free. Economy Class passengers are allowed 8kgs of hand baggage and up to 23 kgs for checked-in luggage except in the discount fare options where extra charges are applicable for check-in luggage.
