About
airBaltic is the flag carrier of Latvia which is a joint venture between Scandinavian Airlines and the Latvian state. The airline started initial operations in 1995 and has grown with a fleet size to 39 covering more than 72 destinations worldwide.

Travel Class
airBaltic provides 3 travel classes.
Business Class - Guests can travel in luxury and comfort with the Business class amenity of the semi-recliner seats along with pillow, duvet and earplugs.
Premium - Passengers can relax and unwind in the comfortable seats and have airport check-in with no additional cost.
Basic - The basic fare type allows passengers to travel in standard seats with buy-on-board / pre-order meal option.

Baggage Allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry hand baggage which can weigh up to 12 kgs and the check-in bag can weigh up to 20-40 kgs according to the chosen class option. Passengers can read about excess luggage allowance and additional charges here.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 48 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Frequent Flyer Programme
airBaltic club is the frequent flyer program which offers members to get valuable pins with every flight booking. Members can earn pins on flight booking, meal bookings, seat reservation, hotels, car rentals, restaurants and online shopping. The airBaltic Club has three tiers which suit any members flying habits.

In-flight Services
Business-class passengers travelling in airBaltic are served a three-course meal along with dessert while economy class guests are served pre-ordered meals which are prepared with the finest ingredients. All special meals need to be pre-booked 24 hours prior to departure.

Onboard support
airBaltic provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with wheelchair services during the flight.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through airBaltic’s sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
